Boxed Lunches and Dinners
Sandwich Lunch Box:(minimum 6) includes a whole sandwich with lettuce and tomato, a cup of fresh fruit salad or potato salad, a large cookie, mustard and mayo packets, salt and pepper packets, fork, knife, and napkin in a neat, white, disposable box.
- Sandwich choices: roast beef/cheddar, ham/Swiss, pastrami/Swiss, Turkey/provolone and vegetarian
- Bread choices: wheat, sour dough or dark rye
- Beverage choices: sodas, juices or water
- Cookie choices: chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin or crunchy peanut butter
Salad Lunch Box:
(minimum 6) includes a large salad with dressing, saltine crackers, a piece of fresh fruit, a large cookie, salt and pepper packets, fork, knife, and napkin in a neat, white, disposable box.
- Salad choices:
-- Spinach -- baby spinach, hard-boiled egg, bacon, parmesan cheese
-- Garden -- mixed greens, sliced cucumber and baby carrots, cherry tomatoes
-- Chopped -- mixed greens, turkey breast, ham, hard-boiled eggs, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes
-- Turkey Caesar -- romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, sliced turkey breast - Salad Dressing choices: Caesar, ranch, balsamic vinaigrette, bleu cheese, 1000 island
- Beverage choices: sodas, juices or water

Dinner Box:
(minimum 6 of one entrée/salad type) includes cold entrée, salad, roll/butter, dessert bar, salt/pepper packets, fork, knife and napkin in a disposable box.
Choices:
- Poached salmon in lemon dill sauce with potato and green bean salad (no mayo)
- Smoked salmon salad and tarragon chicken salad in crispy sweet potato nests with cucumber and orange salad
- Cheese tortellini, roasted tomatoes and prosciutto tossed in fresh lemon and olive oil, fresh mozzarella, red onion and kalamata olive salad
- Individual spinach and leek tart, fresh zucchini, tomato and asiago salad
- Roast beef cornets filled with herbed chevre and capers, potato and green bean salad
